Trout Grove is a company founded in 1989 that specialises in processing rainbow trout. In the gentle heat of a soapstone oven, the trout — lightly salted with our own spice blend — are smoked in the café's fish processing facilities every day from morning until evening. In addition to the café and the fish smokehouse, the company has a Banquet Cabin and a smoke sauna, which are available to customers by arrangement. The sauna cannot be rented on its own; all the facilities are rented together with catering. It is possible to take a dip in the spring-fed Kanalampi both in summer and in winter.
