Loimalahti Camp Center

This sauna has public shifts

The Loimalahti area is the subject of a development project. The main building of the camp centre was taken out of use at the beginning of 2026, and the activities of the club facility will end after the spring season of 2026. The shore sauna and the outdoor areas remain in use for now, and sauna evenings as well as yard events are held there. According to the parish union's property strategy, the Loimalahti camp centre is on the list of properties to be relinquished once the new Syöksynsuu camp centre is completed. A reference plan has been drawn up for the area's land use options, and it will be refined during the zoning process. The zoning process is proceeding in cooperation with the City of Hämeenlinna in order to apply for a zoning change for the area.
