Kos Sauna is New York’s first public floating sauna, located on Saratoga Lake in Saratoga Springs. Inspired by Nordic wellness culture, it offers communal and private sauna sessions, cold lake plunges, rooftop relaxation, and wellness events year-round. The name “Kos” (Norwegian for cozy warmth and togetherness) reflects its mission to create community and relaxation through heat, nature, and simple pleasures.
