Teekkaritalo is an event, meeting and sauna space located in Kaijonharju, on the shore of Lake Kuivasjärvi, which is rented out to associations, companies and private individuals. The two-story house has an adaptable event hall on the ground floor, furnished with about 80 chairs and table seating for 40–60 people, and it is also possible to arrange up to 20 additional table seats upstairs. The hall's equipment includes a sound system, a projector, a projection screen and a microphone. The house has a kitchen and a sauna section comprising two separate saunas with washing facilities. During the rental period, the customer also has use of the house's yard area and grill shelter, and as an additional service it is possible to rent, for example, a jacuzzi, tableware, a gas grill, or party lights and a smoke machine for events.
