The Häähninmäki Outdoor Area is a hiking and sports destination located on the border of Hankasalmi and Konnevesi. The area has easy-to-walk hiking trails as well as a total of about 35 kilometres of trail and mountain biking routes of varying lengths, aimed at outdoor enthusiasts and mountain bikers. The key structures of the outdoor area include the Häähninmäki observation tower and Häähnintupa. The lower part of the observation tower has a terrace fitted with protective plexiglass, offering shelter from wind and rain. The area also offers its visitors overnight and cabin accommodation options.
