Johteenhovi offers versatile event, meeting and sauna facilities in Hietasaari, Oulu. The main building, Hovi, is suitable for events of up to 150 people. Its interior includes a hall for about 50 people, two multi-purpose or hobby rooms, a kitchen, and three restrooms. The building also has its own sauna section, which includes a sauna for six people, a changing room, two showers and a restroom, as well as a sheltered outdoor terrace with an automated hot tub. The separate Beach Sauna, in turn, forms its own unit for up to 50 people. Its facilities include a cabinet for about 10 people with its own kitchen and two restrooms, a glazed terrace for about 40 people, and the actual sauna section. The Beach Sauna's changing room and sauna can accommodate about 20 bathers at a time, and the washing facilities have four showers and an accessible restroom. The Beach Sauna's outdoor terrace has two automated hot tubs available. The area also has a separate accessible Festival Hall, which holds 10–80 people and is equipped with a kitchen, tableware, and a covered summer terrace with furniture. The yard area also includes the Riihi, equipped with a dance floor and lodging facilities, with room for about 50 people and overnight accommodation for about 25 people, although the space is not heated in winter. The outdoor area is completed by a grill shelter and a giant gazebo for about 35 people, which has a wood-fired stove, a griddle (muurikka), and a refrigerator.
