Tapio's Cottage is a rustic, farmhouse-style dining, meeting and holiday venue at Hiekkasärkät in Kalajoki. It offers local food, experiences, accommodation and meeting services. The restaurant serves homemade local food from Ostrobothnia as well as café products such as doughnuts, buns and pancakes. Accommodation options include the apartments of Tapionkeidas, semi-detached houses, Pytinki, Wäentupa, romantic storehouses and loft-storehouse rooms, as well as a caravan area. The venue also has the Tapioland outdoor swimming pool and fatbike rental. In addition, art exhibitions are held there, and Tapio's shop sells local foodstuffs and gift items.
