In the Amuri Museum District, you can get to know the homes of Tampere's working class and the life stories of their fictional residents spanning almost a hundred years. The sauna building was built in the 1990s according to the drawings of old communal saunas. Inspiration was also sought from the Rajaportti sauna. Public sauna hours started again at the sauna in 2025 after a break of almost 20 years.
