Hotel Suonenjoki is a small city hotel right in the center of Suonenjoki. Unlike large chain hotels, it stands out as a family hotel, for which individuality and personal customer service are important. The hotel operates in a historic building: over the years, the old civil guard house has housed businesses ranging from a backpack factory to a bank, and from a lemonade factory to a police station. The building's history has been compiled into a thesis, which can be viewed in the hotel room. Ten individual rooms are located on the third floor, and the building has an elevator. Single, double and triple rooms are available, as well as one larger family room. All rooms have a WC, wireless internet connection, flat-screen TV, minibar and hairdryer, and two of the double rooms also have a mini-kitchen. Guests have free use of sauna facilities, a guest kitchen with equipment, and a fireplace room. There are also accessible WC and shower facilities in the hotel corridor. The hotel is non-smoking, and pets are welcome for an additional fee. Hotel guests can exercise free of charge at the Timmi Fitness Center located on the first floor.
