Located on the beautiful Knoll Beach within the Studland Bay nature reserve, the Studland Sauna Hut offers wood-fired sauna experiences with direct access to the sea for cold water therapy. Part of the Studland Watersports center, it provides both communal 'social' sessions and private hire options.
