OPEN SAUNA MAPSamphire Sauna is a sustainable, wood-fired, Nordic-inspired sauna experience situated on the iconic Hastings Pier. It features two retrofitted horsebox saunas that provide panoramic views of the coast. Guests can alternate between the heat of the sauna and cold-water therapy, which includes a plunge pool, bucket showers, and direct access to sea dips in the English Channel.
