Located close to the services of Peräseinäjoki, SF-Caravan Kalajärvi is a versatile and award-winning campsite for the whole family. The area offers excellent facilities for caravanners, with 250 electrified pitches for recreational vehicles available. During the summer season, guests are served by public saunas for women and men that are heated daily, and in addition a separate wood-heated private sauna can be reserved. In winter the area operates on a self-service basis on weekdays, with host services available at weekends. The surroundings of the Kalajärvi recreational area offer plenty of activities, from outdoor pursuits to fishing and berry picking. There is an 18-basket disc golf course nearby, and mountain bikes are available for rent. Families with children have been particularly well catered for: guided play activities are organised in the summer and the popular Aku train circles the area. There are also fenced exercise yards and a swimming beach for pets, making the destination a pleasant place for the whole family.
