Noli Katajanokka II is an apartment hotel located in Katajanokka, Helsinki, combining the comforts of home with hotel-level services for both short- and long-term stays. Housed in a historic former harbour wholesale building originally completed in 1929 and since renovated, the property offers 226 studios of various sizes, each with its own fully equipped kitchen. Guests have access to extensive shared spaces, including work and lounge areas, a rooftop sauna and a roof terrace with sea views. At street level there is a terrace built from old railway carriages, honouring the building's harbour history. Guests also have free access to the gym located in the neighbouring Noli Katajanokka building.
