Centralbadet is a historic and architecturally stunning spa located in the heart of Stockholm, known for its Art Nouveau (Jugendstil) design and tranquil atmosphere. Opened in 1904, the facility centers around a beautiful indoor swimming pool and a lush garden courtyard. The spa hosts aufguss sauna rituals on selected days. In addition to the main pool, guests can enjoy a hydrotherapy pool, a cold plunge pool, hot tubs, and Kneipp baths. The on-site restaurant serves organic food and drinks in the spa's garden or indoor seating area. Guests enter through separate doors for men and women, where they remove their swimwear and shower thoroughly. Swimwear is left in the changing room, and the sauna area is accessed wearing only a robe or towel.
