Located in Linnunlaulu, Helsinki, in a beautiful spot on the shore of Töölönlahti bay, Villa Kivi is a historic wooden villa that serves primarily as a base for writers and writers' organisations. The house has 14 workrooms for writers as well as residency rooms for the use of writers coming from outside the Uusimaa region. In addition to the main building, there is an annexe in the yard. Villa Kivi also offers spaces for rent for private events. The villa's function rooms are suitable for all kinds of celebrations, from weddings and birthdays to seminars and meetings. Also available for rent is the sauna facility located in the annexe, which offers an atmospheric setting for evening gatherings right next to the centre of Helsinki yet in peaceful surroundings. Alongside the sauna, guests can enjoy the historic villa atmosphere.
