O-Studio Hamilton is a modern wellness studio. It offers a comprehensive range of services, such as sauna, ice-cold pools, floatation therapy, yoga, pilates, meditation, massage and recovery spaces. The goal is to support overall wellbeing and give clients the opportunity to slow down, relax and feel better. O-Studio Hamilton's sauna services offer the chance to enjoy a traditional sauna or infrared sauna, both of which promote circulation, muscle recovery and general wellbeing. Sauna sessions are available privately or communally, and can be easily booked through the O-Studio app or website. ostudio.co.nz The studio is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM and Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. O-Studio Hamilton also offers special deals, such as a 7-day unlimited trial for 149 NZD (autumn 2025), which covers all services except massage.
