Sauna Y Coed is an outdoor woodland sauna and cold plunge retreat located in the serene Swiss Valley near Llanelli. Rooted in the Welsh phrase 'dod yn ôl at ei goed' (to return to oneself), it offers a tranquil escape with wood-fired heat, icy plunge tubs, and gravity-fed showers. The facility includes changing areas, secure lockers, a fire pit, and on-site coffee by Hiatus Coffee.
