The Property Services of the Oulu Deaconess Institute (ODL) offer the Hietasaari Brothers' House for family celebrations and other events. The villa was originally built in 1858, and its facilities are available from mid-May to mid-October. The main building of the event venue has room for about 70 people, and its dining hall seats 35 guests. The main building also has 18 beds for overnight stays, three toilets, and a wheelchair ramp. In addition to the main building, the Brothers' House grounds include a wood-heated sauna and a grill shelter, as well as two other lodging buildings in their original condition.
