The communal Finnish sauna (80–90 °C) brings people together to share the classic cycle of heat, cold, and recovery, paired with an invigorating ice bath. If you prefer privacy, you can book the Finnish sauna and ice bath for your own group, or choose a private infrared sauna (50–70 °C) where you control the heat and ambience for a more gentle, restorative session.
