This sauna has public shifts

Sagene Folkebad is a historic bathhouse in Oslo, beautifully restored and run by the Oslo Sauna Association. It offers two spacious saunas with room for about 42 people, showers, a cold plunge and curtained changing rooms with lockers. During many sessions guests can also use the adjacent 12.5m swimming pool. Swimwear is required in the pool on most days but optional on Tuesdays and Fridays, when visitors may also choose to sauna nude or wear a towel. Alongside regular public sessions, Sagene Folkebad hosts private sauna bookings, guided rituals, yoga-and-sauna classes and special themed events, creating a welcoming social spot for relaxation and wellness in the city.
