In addition to commercial and office spaces, the complex includes the Penthouse Sauna, available for rent for meetings and recreation, as well as the CourtVault space. The operations also include the rental of apartments, storage facilities and other business premises more widely in the Vaasa economic region. The Penthouse Sauna is located on the 7th floor and the space features a Lounge, kitchen, bathroom, showers, sauna, meeting room and balconies.
