Evo's Syväjärvi is located in Hämeenlinna, near the Evo hiking area, on the shore of the quiet and dark-watered Syväjärvi, with no other cabin neighbors nearby. The site has a wilderness feel but is equipped with amenities, a rental cabin complex suitable for year-round use, for example for meetings, recreational days and family celebrations. The facilities consist of a main building, two accommodation cabins and a lakeside sauna, and the accommodation capacity totals 21–24 people, while for daytime use there is room for up to 50 guests. The main building has a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, air conditioning and meeting technology, and it can seat about 12–14 people for dining. The two accommodation cabins on the grounds are identical, and both have sleeping places for nine people. For relaxation there is a wood-heated sauna by the shore, whose changing room has a fireplace, as well as a six-person hot tub available for an extra fee. The grounds also include a barbecue shelter, a fire pit, a large dock with swimming stairs, and dry toilets.
