Kernow Fire & Ice is a wellness facility located within the Kernow Resilience Hub in Pool, Cornwall. It offers traditional saunas and ice baths as part of the Loyly Health Recovery and Resilience suite. The hub also features a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy, a strength and conditioning gym, and the Grill & Graze Café.
