HTC Helsinki is a business park in Helsinki consisting of five separate buildings, offering office space for rent. The complex's range of services includes meeting rooms of various sizes, from conference rooms for six people to an auditorium seating 235. On the top floor of the Santa Maria building there is also a separate sauna and meeting space. The property houses two restaurants and a café. Santa Maria is named after Christopher Columbus's sailing ship of the same name. The vessel was the flagship of Columbus's first expedition and was shipwrecked in Haiti in 1492.
