The Heikinhalli swimming hall is located in Kajaani in the area of the Kainuu Brigade and is part of the brigade's sports facilities, which are mainly reserved for conscripts. Heikinhalli is Kajaani's first swimming hall. The garrison's swimming hall was in use by the people of Kajaani for about ten years before the city managed to build its own swimming hall.
