Saksala Swimming Hall

Saksala swimming hall is located in the Saksala residential area and serves the southern parts of Lahti. The hall has a five-lane 25-metre swimming pool for those able to swim, as well as a separate children's pool with a maximum depth of 80 cm. The water temperature of the large pool is 27°C and that of the children's pool is 30°C. The facilities include saunas for women and men, changing and washing areas, and a group changing room. The swimming hall also has a gym, for which a separate fee is charged. The hall organizes water exercise for working-age people, pensioners, and people with mobility impairments, as well as family swimming for families with developmentally disabled children. The swimming hall has recording underwater camera surveillance for safety reasons.
