The Niinlahti camp area is located in Kotka on the beautiful western shore of Mussalo island. Intended primarily for children's and youth camp use, but also suitable as a destination for adults, the area offers an idyllic setting for spending time close to nature. Indoor accommodation is available for a total of 12 people: the rooms of the electrically heated main building, equipped with a fireplace, sleep six people, and a separate accommodation cabin has space for another six. Tents can also be pitched on the site. The main building has a kitchen equipped for about 20 people, which receives clean tap water from May to October. In winter, visitors must bring their own drinking water. The area's amenities include a traditional wood-heated beach sauna, which is in use during the summer water season, as well as outdoor toilets, a grill spot and a gazebo. Free time can be spent on the volleyball court, swimming, using the area's rowboat, or hiking on the nearby Santalahti nature trail.
