Oulun Rakennusmestarit ja -insinöörit AMK ry rents out sauna facilities in the center of Oulu. The premises, located on the fourth floor, are intended for evening and meeting use, and can be rented by both the association's own members and outsiders. The building has no elevator, and there is no parking available in the housing company's inner courtyard. The fireplace room adjoining the sauna fits 10-15 people. The equipment includes a kitchen with a refrigerator, a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a portable stovetop, and tableware for 15 people. For entertainment and meeting technology, the premises have a television with HDMI connection, a soundbar, a bluetooth speaker, a projector screen, and a portable air conditioning unit. Customers may bring their own food and drinks.
