Cheshire's first dedicated sauna and ice bath facility, located at Rose Farm in Utkinton. Inspired by the Nordic tradition of contrast therapy, it offers a wood-fired sauna and cold plunge experience to reset and recharge. The facility also features a yoga studio and the Coald Counter serving coffee and refreshments.
