Hustle Recovery is Wymondham's dedicated sauna and ice bath space located within Hustle Gym. The facility supports physical and mental recovery with a traditional sauna and outdoor ice baths. Sessions can be booked directly without a membership. The space also hosts Calm Studio for wellness and yoga.
