On the 3rd floor there is an infrared sauna (for 2 people), which also operates on a self-service basis, meaning you can reserve an hour-long slot for yourself by writing it on the list on the door, and at the same time turn the sauna on to heat up. The infrared sauna is an effective sauna that works well for, among other things, recovery from physical exertion and helps with relaxation.
