Brønnøya Badstubåt is a wood-fired floating sauna located on car-free Brønnøya in Asker, just outside Oslo. The first sauna boat, built in 2019, was later sold to Oslo Badstuforening (now known as Snipa by the Opera House), and in late 2021 a new motorized sauna boat with its own steering position was launched. Today you can book private heated sessions, enjoy drop-in or self-fired saunas, or even rent the sauna boat to your own dock. A perfect way to combine authentic sauna heat with the calm waters of the Oslofjord.
