Smashing Balance operates the Sickla Bastun sauna complex. The site features two types of saunas: an electric sauna and a tent sauna, both open daily from morning to evening. The facility operates on a self-service basis where guests heat the saunas themselves; the electric sauna takes approximately 20 minutes to heat up, while the tent sauna takes about 15 minutes. Pricing structures vary between casual visitors and members. Annual pass holders pay a separate hourly usage fee covering electricity or firewood, whereas drop-in customers pay a higher hourly rate that includes everything. For security, lockable cabinets are available in the adjacent café building, with keys provided on-site. Bookings and payments are largely handled digitally or on location via Swish.
