Kivistö Church is located in the shade of a forest in the middle of a detached house area, yet very close to the new Kivistö and the train station. The red-brick church, completed in 1967, was designed by architects Raili and Kalevi Hietanen. The church is in lively use especially by families with children in the area, and its activities are run by the Vantaankoski parish.
