Meilahti Manor

Sauna is under construction

The City of Helsinki sold three buildings in the Meilahti manor area to the winner of a concept and price competition, Maailman kaunein sauna Oy. The zoning solution is based on the development proposal "Meikun Olohuone" ("Meiku's Living Room"). Maailman kaunein sauna Oy will renovate the long-vacant protected buildings, and they will be opened for public use. Plans for the area include accommodation activities, a restaurant, exhibitions, meeting facilities, and a sauna.
