Manamansalo Camping is located on an island in Lake Oulujärvi, in the Rokua UNESCO Global Geopark area. The campsite has caravan and tent pitches set on dry sandy heath among pine trees, some of them right beside the shore embankment. There are 120 pitches with electricity and about 40 without. Accommodation options also include cottages, two of which are located on the shore of their own pond about three kilometres away. The site's service buildings blend in with nature and include a restaurant with full alcohol licence as well as a spacious terrace. Services also include showers, toilets, a children's playroom and the sale of groceries. The area has 17 kilometres of marked trails, which are also suitable for mountain biking, as well as lean-to shelters, kota huts and campfire sites. Fishing is possible in Lake Oulujärvi and in the kettle-hole ponds. The sandy beach is shallow and suits families with children. Two saunas available for booking are located peacefully behind the shore ridge on the bank of a small pond.
