Wild Dook Sauna is a mobile, wood-fired sauna experience housed in a converted horsebox. Located on the golden sands of Mossyard Beach near Gatehouse of Fleet, it offers panoramic views of the Solway Firth. The experience focuses on the traditional Nordic balance of intense heat and cold water therapy through wild sea swimming.
