Sanna's sauna is a log sauna building owned by the City of Helsinki, located by the sea in Vuosaari. The sauna's maintenance is handled by the Vuosaari Society. The sauna was originally built in the late 1930s, but apart from the log frame, nothing original remains. The sauna was built by Björn Strandell, CEO of Auran Panimo Oy, as a beach sauna for the Sjökulla villa. At the shore, you can access the sea via steps from the pier. The sauna has separate changing rooms for men and women. There is no shower, but you can wash with warm water in the steam room.
