Heat Ridge Sauna is a private traditional sauna for hire. The sauna is built from 100% cedar wood with two-tier bench seating and space for 1–4 guests; it uses traditional hot rock heat (not infrared). You can pour water on the stones for steam and aromatherapy with seasonal garden herbs. Surrounding organic gardens and elevated views add to the setting, and there is an outdoor shower for cooling off. Bookings are private and by appointment, with a hygiene buffer between sessions. Towels, water and swimwear are recommended.
