Helsinki-Vantaa's VIP services offer a luxurious experience tailored for discerning travellers, combining comfort, privacy and high-quality service at every stage of the journey. The facilities are suitable both for one-on-one meetings and for hosting larger events. The flexible meeting rooms can be divided as needed into one, two or three separate rooms, and all meeting rooms are equipped with conferencing technology that enables remote connections. The meeting rooms accommodate a maximum of 26 people, while the event lobby serves groups of up to 60 people. Located in the arrivals hall, our VIP and meeting facilities combine high-quality Finnish design with functional spaces, offering a peaceful environment for various needs — not forgetting the saunas.
