The Regent Hotel is located in Tallinn's Old Town, in a stone building built in 1385, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site (listed 1997). The building once served as a residence for merchants and members of the city council. The hotel has 34 rooms, each differing in size and shape due to the building's medieval history. The rooms are furnished with Italian furniture made specifically for the hotel, and the beds are from the Swedish brand Hästens' collection. The hotel's private spa department is open daily for hotel guests. The facilities include a swimming pool with five different underwater hydromassage functions. In addition, the spa area has a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna, a changing room, shower facilities, and a gym. The hotel is within walking distance of Tallinn's Town Hall Square (about 500 m), the Estonian Maritime Museum, the Fat Margaret artillery tower, and St. Olaf's Church. The harbor area and the modern city center are also within walking distance.
