Located on the shore of Lake Päijänne in Asikkala, AISTI Sauna & Spa is a true oasis of relaxation where you can renew and recover in a wonderful environment. The unique saunas of AISTI Sauna & Spa awaken your senses and take you into deep relaxation. In the various outdoor pools you can let go of your worries while enjoying magnificent views. You can also refresh yourself in Lake Päijänne all year round. In winter there is an opportunity for winter swimming. AISTI Sauna & Spa is an experience for all the senses. AISTI Sauna & Spa has four saunas: an authentic smoke sauna, a steam sauna, a tar sauna, and two landscape saunas, one of which opens in autumn 2025. Admission includes a two-hour stay in the saunas and one bath towel. You also have access to high-quality domestic bath products scented with genuine essential oils. AISTI Sauna & Spa is for adults only (18+)
