The Vanha Ortopedia sauna space is located in a historic building that used to be a hospital. Its section facing Hannikaisenkatu was completed in 1888, and the section facing Vaasankatu in 1901. The property was renovated for residential use in 2018, at which point the sauna section on the first floor was also renewed. The space suits a group of up to about 20 people. The separate changing room and spacious lounge area have a water point, a refrigerator, table space, and a dining set. The entrance is from the inner courtyard, on the left side of the round tower.
