Villa Upinniemi is located on a shoreline cliff right by the sea. Its facilities are designed to serve both corporate meetings and recreation days as well as celebrations throughout the year. The building has a party hall equipped with modern technology, a lounge area with a fireplace, and a dining hall with sea views. For relaxation, the Villa has exceptionally comprehensive sauna and spa facilities. In the yard there is President Urho Kekkonen's legendary smoke sauna dating from the 1960s, which is now heated by a massive Aito stove. There is also a hot tub and the opportunity to take a dip in the sea. Indoors there is a modern spa department with an electric sauna, a steam sauna and a jacuzzi. For those looking for more active activities, forest excursions or canoeing, for example, can be arranged through partners.
