Östersundom Camp Center

The Östersundom Camp Centre operates in a renovated old school building that offers accommodation for 34 people. The accommodation is divided into two dormitories equipped with bunk beds and a separate two-person room for instructors. The building has a kitchen with household appliances and dishes for 40 people, a 70-square-metre gym with a small stage, and a separate 50-square-metre small group room. The shower facilities and a wood-heated sauna are located in the basement. The camp centre's amenities also include a wireless StadiNet network connection and the opportunity to borrow bicycles for exploring the surrounding area, such as Sipoonkorpi National Park. Outside there is a large yard area and a barbecue spot. The operations follow the Ecocompass environmental management system, which is reflected in, among other things, waste sorting and the economical use of energy and water.
