The cottages are rented out only to residents of the Pöytyä municipality, and the renter must be at least 24 years old. Each cottage has a wood-heated sauna and stove, as well as its own dock, grill, and dining set. The kitchen equipment includes a hot plate, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, and basic cookware needed for cooking. The outdoor toilet and the rowing boat by the shore are shared among the cottages. Renters must bring their own bed linens.
