The beach sauna is warm on Wednesdays in the summer, and it doesn't cost anything. The sauna has a door from both the men's and the women's changing and shower rooms. You can swim in the murky water of the Vantaanjoki river. The bottom drops off very quickly and there may be strong currents in the river.
