A community-focused wood-fired sauna located on the Teignmouth seafront, housed in a converted horsebox. It offers authentic sauna sessions with panoramic coastal views, emphasizing mental and physical wellbeing. Cooling off is encouraged via sea dipping or using the provided cold plunge buckets. Please note there are no changing facilities or showers on-site; guests are advised to arrive beach-ready or bring a dry robe.
