The Jämeräntaipale rooftop sauna is located on the top floor of a residential building. The space is suitable for organizing sauna evenings and various get-togethers, and it has an open fireplace and a large balcony. The lounge area is suitable for about 20 people, and there are sofas, a long bench in front of the window and stools. The sauna room fits four people, and the sauna is switched on by the guests themselves. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave and drink fridge. The space also has a stereo system. The surroundings of the building are accessible, and the entrance can be reached via the emergency access road. Access to the rooftop sauna is not accessible, as the stairwell has no elevator and there is a threshold at the door of the space. The sauna and washing facilities as well as the toilet are also not accessible, but the lounge area allows movement with a mobility aid.
