OPEN SAUNA MAPWild Ember Bothy is a wood-fired mobile sauna located on the banks of Loch Tay at the Scottish Crannog Centre. Founded by David Girling, the experience focuses on 'elemental wellbeing,' combining the heat of a traditional wood-fired sauna with the therapeutic contrast of cold water dips in the loch or cold plunge barrels. The location offers communal sessions, private hire, and integrated wellness retreats including yoga and meditation.
